If the train gets cancelled they take months to give your money back. It happened to me in July 8th, we are in September and yet nothing. I've already talked to customer support and no solution.

I am quite surprised to read such negative reviews having used Red Spotted Hanky for the last few years and been consistently impressed with the standard of service.The app is fairly basic but does the job and does not charge admin fees like their major competitors.I have had no issues when it has come to refunds or corrections and have found the Customer Service team to be highly responsive, courteous and effective.

My train to London from lichfield was cancelled due to bad weather over the weekend. Phoned Red Spotted Hanky up today to request a refund. Was told I need to email them and send any pictures of proof the train was cancelled. Who takes a picture of the screen when your train is cancelled.? So they are refusing me a refund due to this.

Large waiting area, complete with Pumpkin restaurant and toilets.The toilets accommodate men and women in the same space with separate cubicles. They were clean and private.

Busy station (I experienced both very busy and not busy at all), so might be tough to get through crowds. Doesn't help that the platforms are split into 2, 2a, 2b, 3, 3a, 3b so you have to differentiate between them.

I’ve been using Red spotted hanky awhile now. Never really had a problem.Recently had an emergency where I couldn’t travel so emailed requested a refund. It took a while for them to even get back to me and said I need to rebook another ticket to apply for a refund which I may not even receive

Arley Railway Station (SVR)
Arley Station is a beautiful, country station close to Bewdley which takes you back in time as soon as you pass through the gates. There is a small coffee shop which is open when the railway is running a full timetable. It is also one of the stations which is used for the Halloween special trains
