I'm writing on behalf of my dad who is terminally ill. I asked to order a bed, but when they arrived, they only gave us the bedframe, not the mattress as its not available. Why would you give us a bedframe without a mattress? Are they expecting him to sleep on the wooden board? Let us know in advanced, there's no mattresses available rather than ordering a bedframe without the mattress. I'd rather have both delivered together than have it delivered separately, even when there's a delay.

Absolutely awfulIn several years they have almost allways got my monthly medication wrong in one way or another.Today: Prescription not ready, after a 20 minute wait told 1 medication missing and on order. On arriving home 2 other meds missing. Try to phone and they don't answer.

I just copy-pasted the review someone posted here 1 year ago. My English is not a problem, but it describes the place and describes what happened with me too -word by word . The respiratory team is characterized by total unprofessionalism - and the CEO by discrimination, threatening, revenging . I could say that the CEO should actually work in some prison service - but I'm almost certain that the HMP would fire her within 10 minutes:'I cannot imagine what it must be like working here. They have lost control of the institutions they cover. They claim to take concerns seriously" when one of their units has gone rogue. If you complain they retaliate against you and try to silence you. Shocking behaviour and jt goes all the way to the top ie the CEO. Not once have I received an apology for their appalling and bullying behaviour. There is no regard for patient safety. Must be terribly toxic place to work if you witness this such widescale abuse of patients and carers.'"

Excellent treatment every visit. I've been seeing Abbie for various treatments for over 5 years and she has always managed to help relieve pain and increase mobility. I use the gym, with a PT, at least twice a week and me and my husband have a regular session booked with Abbie every 5 to 6 weeks to take care of any niggles. I have recommended her to several family and friends over the years and she had always managed to help.
