I have been to Sarah over the last few years with several ailments she is very professional and offers a fantastic service, the only physio I will go to.

We’re in lockdown and I start with back spasms. The pain was excruciating and so disabilitating. I was put in contact with Physiohub and booked a virtual consultation.Have to say I wasn’t convinced how they could help me over a screen.... Really glad to say I was very, very wrong about that!The virtual consult is just as effective as being in the same room, John took notes about my pain - location and my description of the type of pain. He monitored me whilst I did the movements he asked me to do and managed to pin point the source of the pain as if he was actually in the room with me!John gave me a number of different exercises to do, first showing me how to do them correctly and then getting me to do them for him so he could check I was doing them right.... the spasms have since ceased and not come back...Virtual physio saved me from so much pain, and it was so convenient- the Physiohub guys really know their stuff - thanks again John!

I cannot recommend Medella Home Physiotherapy highly enough. From the initial quick response from my Enquiry though to the amazing treatment and support given to My Mum. Debbie has been inspirational in helping get her confidence back to be more mobile and start walking further with her exercises and support during each session. Just a fantastic team and company. I found the process of having a D4 medical form very straight forward. It took just 15 minutes with the doctor very familiar with the form which helps the process move smoothly.Will use again.

This is an exceptional business that has a real genuine passion for care of its clients. I cannot recommend enough, all my interactions have been positive. Jackie is really passionate about how she runs the business & it really shows.

Very poor level of service, worse because of the industry and the need for quality service.Easy to sign up for and submit referrals - unfortunately after this point, it is all downhill.Lead times for appointments are 3 - 6 weeks, they cancel appointments on the day (3 hours notice) - the customer service is some of the worst that I have ever experienced and they appear to have no concern for the individuals that are being referred or the SME's that rely on the service. Complaint resolution is nonexistent.Once the current referrals I have outstanding are concluded, I will be moving to an alternative provider.
