As first time buyers we were clueless of how the housing market worked. Tom’s first meeting involved getting to know us as buyers and talk us through the steps towards owning a house. A weight lifted off our shoulders almost immediately after the meeting. Throughout the process Tom was on top of all documents and would complete or enquire ASAP.
