Absolutely fantastic service and product. They went out of their way to ensure the security gates and windows grill I had ordered would fit perfectly. The order of 3 gates and 2 window grills for my industrial unit were manufactured and delivered in just over a week. Then they provided brilliant advice for the installation work. Exhaust Parts UK
Ordered exhaust tips on 5th October 2023. They never arrived. After many mails to exhaust part UK they told me the parcel was send back to them by DPD. No reason why. That was on 27th October. Still no update if the parcel was delivered back to them and no reply on mails and still no refund of my money. After sales is very bad. If DPD doesn’t do a good job then its something Exhaust parts UK should fix with DPD and don’t let a customer waiting when the parcel is returned!!!

Gregory and Tesseras Blacksmiths
Recently did an axe forging day with James and Pedro. Really enjoyed it. They were great teachers - very patient as I have little to no blacksmithing experience and answered any questions I had throughout the day. Great fun, great company and I got a fully functioning axe at the end of the day. Would recommend taking a course and I'm already thinking about my next project.
