Worst ever customer service. After agreeing the price and droppoing the curtains, I get a call next day asking for more money and telling me we did a mistake. Pathetic service and time wasters!!

I recently took some sofa cushions to be dry cleaned by Park Road Laundrette, and they came back damaged. They offered little in the way of an apology, and offered me a refund.Over the course of the ensuing month, I phoned on three separate occasions to be told that this issue had been passed along. Any shred of goodwill I had left at this point had evaporated due to the deplorable customer service offered by members of their staff. They were, quite frankly, dismissive, rude and desperate to get me off the phone as soon as possible. They’ve fallen incredibly short of the bare minimum expectations of a customer facing business and words cannot do justice as to how woeful my entire experience with this business has been. There was absolutely no accountability or responsibility taken for the damage caused and the lack of effort to rectify the situation was appalling.Only when I put my concerns in writing and advised that I believed the company had not acted in accordance with The Consumer Rights Act (2015) did they finally issue the refund (again, with absolutely no apology).Avoid at all costs.

the worest experience I have had since I start my hotel business was 2018 when someone called Matthew start to deal with us .the new management doesn't help at all.can't find any one who can sort any problem.derty linen,wrong numbers ,bad smell.only you can speak to Matthew who never help but only graping money.

Popped in to pick up a new blazer for my daughter. Quick and easy process, lots of stock available for her school. Nice to have another shop to purchase from…….they seem to stock a lot of the local schools. Staff were all lovely, know where to go when more needs replacing. Would recommend

For some reason my laundry didn't smell any good despite all the products I brought myself, and my towels wouldn't dry after 35 minutes in the driers.

Have been using this launderette for years and still great service even when it got took over by the new owners, lovely and friendly staff and prices are great. My washing is always ready within a day or two. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
