Martin & Laura both designed and crafted my partners engagement ring, providing very professional advice along the way.They provided a brilliant experience, producing a really unique ring exactly to my specifications. Delivery was prompt when the order was finalised also. Genuinely faultless service; I would have no hesitation in recommending their services for any custom jewellery projects.

The woman works there is an arrogant and selfish lady . She checked my gold ornaments for exchange then after checking purity , she was not ready to give the worthy price of gold and was getting aggressive too.The making charges are too high n unreasonable and also they charge service charge apart from vat which is not legal also.00000 stars

I pay for 2 iPhone 13 and the Apple Watch from home in my Argos card to collect in store.The person on the collection point name given Vass , mentioned that I have to show the card payment.I have mentioned that I didn’t have that card but I could show another document just to proof that was me but she didn’t care.I had the proof of the purchase come through my email with all the codes she needed, but she just didn’t care.Not even try to help.Not helpful at all.Even explained that I travel 20 minutes to get the order , I asked to cancel the order and she didn’t ask any documents just cancelled.Much easier to cancel order than cash around £2000.Definitely don’t come back , buy the some phones with curry’s pc world.If this person would work for me I would sack her immediately.

Bought a bracelet during their Black Friday sale (well after) through Instagram and the gentleman who dealt with my order was nothing but helpful and made the whole process so smooth. I placed my order a few days after the Black Friday sale and Nashad promised me a discount and didn’t go back on his word! I received my order the next working day too - exceptional service from this store and team. I was a bit sceptical at first as I was placing the order via Instagram without visiting the store but the bracelet was genuine with the hallmark markings. Thank you Nashad and team for your exceptional customer service! Will definitely be placing orders in future with this business!

I had to have my platinum wedding, engagement and eternity rings significantly enlarged (and had to have my wedding ring cut off my finger!) and the team at G Davison were amazing! They advised me to let my finger recover after having my ring cut off and then to return after a few weeks to get resized. Once I had been re-measured they provided a quote for the work (quite a bit cheaper than the average price suggested on various online services) and within a week the three rings were back on my finger looking brand new. Brilliant service at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back for any future jewellery repairs etc.

I have shopped with ARL a few times now, I mainly go in store however I had the item delivered this time. At first the item was out of stock but they notified me when it was back in stock and the item was dispatched the same day I purchased. Absolutley amazing staff and they are all so friendly.Great quality items and speedy delivery too! Got another order in and will keep coming back!

Worst Argos collection experience ever! You shouldn't have really given your customer such an impatient and straight face in the new year!
