Cheery service, great people.

Appalling company. Shocking. I bought 5 shirts at a £20-per-kilo clothes sale. Cost me £33.80. What a dreadful rip off. Weighed them when I got home, only 1.1 kilos, should have been £22. Nice little earner for them, but thieving is exactly that..

I was then transferred to sales again after too long a wait. The sales assistant then said she would transfer me to someone else or give me another number.No attempt was made to transfer me I was just given the number of another employee. Who then was unavailable.

Friendly and helpful staff

Security very helpful but that's as far as it went operators were ignorant and arrogant

We visited All Pools and Spas at the end of April and although without an appointment, were given plenty of time and information by Debra to satisfy our curiosity and decide to commit. We made up our minds which tub we would like but did not order until the following day so we could make enquiries of what we believed to be the best choice of hot tub for us.Although due to COVID we were told from ordering our hot tub, it would take 6-8 weeks, we were sceptical and expected this to be like 12-16 weeks due to everyone wanting to relax at home as they couldn't go away on holiday!Well we were amazed to receive a phone call and follow up email after just six weeks confirming delivery and installation within the next two weeks.Sam, Alex and their colleagues arrived ahead of time on an awful wet day but cheerfully set to work. They were incredibly polite and helpful and the tub was filled, up and running in less than 3-hours. It has heated up by the next morning.We have been using the hot tub twice a day and is perfect to cool off and relax in this hot weather. We are off to get some spares and top up the chemicals from All Pools and Spas shortly but the starter pack is fine to get you through a few weeks.I would commend you to consider using All Pools and Spas if you are looking for a good service which has been exactly what they promised!
