弱智服务和弱智管理，整个银行从上到下就突出一个低能，办这脑残boc的卡都不如让父母从中国骑自行车送英镑过来方便。里面的柜员都是从来没上过班的，什么事都不会办。要不你给HSBC叫声爹问问人家怎么办的这么好的吧。

这辈子见过的最差的银行了，主打的就是一个原生态。不敢相信2023年还有银行不支持contactless，如果动态口令过期，还需要自己付6镑更换新的。所有的业务必须当场办理或写信。
