Not a first time I’ve ordered a taxi in advance for a certain time and again taxi didn’t arrive. I had to call them again and order a taxi again. I was late to work again. You cannot rely on this company, complete lack of respect.

Taxi hadn't been dispatched after 30 minutes. Call handler couldn't care less when I phoned back to ask what was going on. Poor attitude. Ended up cancelling the taxi and got an Uber instead.

Booked a taxi the night previous, to arrive at 05:45 to take me to Buchanan bus station. At 05:45, no taxi, so I called the office and the girl said that a car is sitting in Ruchill but not taking the booking! I therfore booked a can on the Uber app and got a taxi within 5 minutes. I won’t rely on Key Cars / Glasgow North Taxis again.
