Very pleased with the quality of two 100% wool jumpers which I bought recently. They have a great selection of UK made woollen clothes which is an important consideration for me both for the environmental benefits of buying local and for the ethical standards / working conditions of where the garments are produced. I dropped by the warehouse to collect and the staff were friendly and helpful - thoroughly recommended.

Amazing service received. I wasn’t exactly sure on ordering products but after a quick phone call the advice received was exceptional. So helpful in all respects, purchases made and were despatched immediately. Items arrived within 48hours, really pleased with the quality. Highly recommend this family business. Outstanding customer service from this company. Royal mail lost our parcel and I was sent a replacement immediately which arrived the next day. When I phoned to tell them that parcel had gone missing and explaining I was going on holiday it was dealt with brilliantly. Outstanding thank you.
