CROSSBILL GIN | Crossbill Distilling is an established distiller with experience dating back to 2006. Our gins are a celebration of Scottish nature, made with wild, fresh botanicals, harvested by hand then slowly macerated in Glasgow before being distilled.

Fantastic 2 hour gin blending class, and you walk away with your own blend at the end of it. Andrew, the distiller, was really great - knowledgeable, helpful & fun. Highly recommended for anyone with a taste for gin and looking for a slightly different experience

If you're looking to learn about gin, then definitely consider Crossbill Distilling! It's a great representation of a Scottish local gin distillery using only locally sourced ingredients. Andrew was an amazing guide and was very chuffed to learn new facts and also go home with a bottle of gin that we created ourselves!

We attended the Gin class and had a wonderful afternoon. We discovered the history of Gin and tasted a number of different gins. It surprised me how much difference there is in taste between the neat gin and when you add just a splash of mixer.Finally, we made our own bottle of gin with the botanicals that we selected (43% ABV). By this stage my taste buds were thoroughly confused, but I can't wait to get home to try it! We dipped the bottle neck/cork in wax for a very professional look.

What an amazing experience doing the distilling class. I heartily recommend this to anyone. The cost covers a full three hours of gin and tonic, insight, gin, chat, gin, distilling gin, lovely snacks, more great learning and perhaps some more gin. Did I mention the gin. You get to take home your own 500ml of your own gin. A truly excellent experience and well worth it.

Really enjoyed our gin tasting experience today with Andrew. Made to feel very welcome and learned lots! Would highly recommend the experience to anyone - makes a great gift. Looking forward to purchasing some more of the range for Christmas presents.

Very interesting place to buy Scottish fine gin. We purchased two bottles. They have interesting gin distillery workshops where you can create your own gin with your own fresh ingredients, just lovely!

I was given the Gin Masterclass as a gift for my birthday and managed to get booked 7 months later! i can see why as it was a great afternoon, a little over 3 hours with some great Gins and a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable hosts called Andrew and Stuart. well done guys and i will make sure i enjoy your gins more often!
